My friend needs help

My buddy started his sativa stain outside at the end of June and brought it inside a month after with concerns of the heat outside. His stems branching off the main stem seem skinny and the leaves constantly droop with no curl. Does anyone have any advice to give? Should he take it back outside or keep it in? What do about the droop? He did see some videos on defoliation and cut some fan leaves off early to help promote the new growth. It’s week 8 for him from seed

Shouldn’t have cut anything off and I would put back outside. My guess bad light. No flextime walls. Better chance outside

what type of light is that? my guess is insufficient light intensity. yes take it back outside they aren't fragile glass trinkets man
