There are links all over this website in the tga section on how to properly mix and measure the necessary recipe for SS. In the past I had used Fox Farm's Soils, Ocean Forest, Happy Frog and Light Warrior (I used at a percentage of about 30%OF30%HF40%LW p/Gal) and got premium results while dialing in VERY-low dosage of Fertilizers. If your starting out I would go for the Fox Soil that already has ingredients (Bat Guano, Kelp Meal, Earthworm Castings, mycorrhizae* This is not limited to one FF soil, therefore mixing the three will give beneficial soil conditions) No need to worry about plant burn because you 'diluted' the Ocean Forest down to a manageable amount with the other organic soils using measuring ratio's. During your second or third grow, I would definitely look into Sub's Soil because of how perfectly the ingredients work with each other without making the soil 'too hot'! The difference is Super-Soil you have to start at the base with your personal-preference of combining soil ingredients, Fox Farm is already mixed and ready to go once the bag is opened. Hope this helped, Peace.
