wow this is crazy i order from currently from attitude and there orders are spot on every time, i never order any extra crap i just order what i want and thank them for the free stuff they send, i can say that they send single seeds in a small lil ziplock and it's very easy to miss .. i had a critical jack stuck to the envelope it comes is. it will say in your info and if you talk to them instead if bitch they will hook you up. there taking a chance sendind as much as you are receiving so be cool puff one and talk to them.. 
Hey Garm! Not to jump on the band wagon, but I've used the 'tude multiple times and never had a problem with anything left out. However, I can certainly understand your frustration and I would probably be looking for another seedbank as well. It sucks but sometimes ya just got to say fuck it and try something else. Good luck in the rest of your cannabis cultivation endeavors.

Wrote a nice, simple email with no taboo phrases, (actually copied what a few other posters said worked for them), and Jodie wrote back quite the dismissive, bitchy email. I think it's luck of the draw. I won't use them again, and I was a brand loyal lifer. Lack of consistency is just bad business. I'd rather spend my money where people appreciate it.
