I got these seeds from a friend who has no idea what kind it is, so how will I be able to tell what kind of weed it is?? Is there a way to tell just by looking at it???

so as of now all of my lights are 5k, do you think if I add some 6.5k in there it would speed things up a bit or what....

You really should put the lights closer to the plants if you haven't already. one of those babies is so tall! you could gently secure the stem to the side of the cups to keep them all the same height but definitely drop the lights to about 2 inches away from the plants or prop the cups up on something and you see them bush out rather than climb towards the light. make sure your lights aren't too hot. they shouldn't be.

I'm wondering though maybe the fact they lived their first few days under a normal lightbulb that could be the reason for the stretching entirely.

anyway, your grow box is pretty cool. i've just started gutting a pc case for a stealth grow box. looking at the size of a pc case, i can't see there being much use for it except for a clone box though.

good work, hope they turn out ok!

if they continue to worry you with stretching add some more soil and burry the stem alittle... get a fan on them not directly but indirect fan blowing will make them shake and dance helping to strengthin the stems... They look great IMO.. there still very young so no stress is the key to good growth... Look many people will tell you how to check and see if the plants need water.. You can pick up the pots and feel them wet then wait untill you think they need water and pick em up again.. if they fell light then water... I do both the feel for weight and I just press my finger in an inch or so... if you push your fingers in 2 freaken inches it will only tell you if the middle is dry.. you need the surface to be dusty or dry not to dry but dry enough that when you water it will react. Trial and error my friend...Also ALL MG SOIL HAS three months of Nitrogen and ferts so if you add outside ferts you will burn the plant...Also MG Fert is water released not always time released. It dissolves the balls of ferts after you water.. Keep your CFL between and inch and three inches for maximum coverage... Put your hand under them if they burn your hand they burn the plant. I use 2 litre bottles as pots so i can fit more in a small space... Your setup is clean which is great.. keep an eye on them... You can buy an a plunge after they get older to help get oxygen to the plants there 2 bucks at lowes... I found in my last grow that it was such a powerfull tool and I noticed it was growing at a great pace... Ask away dont be afraid to ask

it depends on the person and there methods... Everyone is different.. its hard to explain ill try and find the page I read in a growing guide.... Making those tiny holes a few times increases the amount of oxygen the plant gets... not sure the number or ratio of increase but I saw a noticable difference in my last grow doing it during flowering...
