My first indoor grow....input appreciated

what is this molasses trick i've been hearing about?

the molasses trick is when you add molasses to your water,and when you water with the molasses water its supposed to increase the weight of your buds.you are only supposed to do it the last 4 weeks of flower.im no expert but thats what ive heard and read in several places.

Whats up everybody, here are a few pics I took a few minutes ago day 45 flower.The last time I watered I used molasses for the first time and I can tell already that they look plumper its crazy.Im starting to get really excited they are starting to look so amazing the pics really dont do them justice.Its going to be so dank I cant wait to smoke it. I was wondering if anyone knows if I can keep using the molasses every time that I water in between using my nutes? or should I use just water before I use the molasses again?because I usually do nutes,water,water nutes.so could I do nutes, molasses water,molasses water, nutes? thanks.....

those last pictures are sweet, bob! someone asked how high off the plants the lights were at flowering, i was kinda curious too and didnt see it if you answered...i'd say frequency of molasses would depend on the concentration you're feeding. in my world, always, less is more, but im of the mindset that i love to keep shit as simple as possible.

you can use molasses and your nutes at the same time it does not matter it will just make your buds pack on more weight!! Beyaahh!

I would alternate, nutes & water, than molasses & water.

Thanks videoman, just didnt know what to do cause im using hydroponic nutes
in soil and it says to use them every third watering if you are growing in soil.so I think that im gonna use the molasses and water one more time before i give them nutes again,I only have 2 weeks and 2 days left so I hope to be able to give them at least one more shot of nutes,and im gonna give them the molasses up until I chop them down to fatten them up more.I just wanted to make sure I could use the molasses every time I water when im not using nutes.didnt know if that would be too much molasses.the light is at 24" madd_dog and before you say anything I know that I can lower it and thats why my plants stretched some,splifman already informed me of that but at this point he said it probably wont do much to lower the light cause I have just over 2 weeks left. They are used to that height,they have been at that height since I started flowering. The ladies have been real heat sensitive since they were little, but thanks for the props on the pics though.mattso101, yeah I got some tips not to mix the nutes and the molasses personally I think it works better on an alternate schedule,dont want to burn the shit out of my plants,the molasses has alot of potassium and so do my nutes.anyway thanks to you all for your input keep it coming...

Well its almost 80 degrees outside today which is awesome but the heat inside my grow hut reached 84 degrees so im trippin out,I just turned the a/c on in my house which should help....yesterday it got up to 86 in there which is really bad hopefully the a/c helps.I only have 2 weeks left before harvest dont want to mess things up now.Im moving in the beginning of July,so the next house I rent has to have a basement that should also help with the heat issues.have a great weekend everyone....oh yeah I snipped one of the under developed buds yesterday smoked it and damn I got really really fuckin stoned.cant wait to smoke the fully developed colas I bet it will knock me on my ass....lol

what's up everyone,sorry haven't posted pics or anything for that matter.my internet is shut off cause I couldn't pay the bill,only have my work blackberry.the ladies are looking sweet,they are Being harvested this saturday,will take harvesting pics and post them as soon as I get my shit turned back on,take it easy everyone.

Whats up,Im back after a long time of no internet......Well the end result of my grow was actually really good for the first time.After everything was dry,I ended up with 5.25 ounces.Not to bad for a first timer.Anyway here is a few pics of my head stash,this is all I have left,I fell on some hard times and had to get rid of most of it,but its good really, really, really good...lol.I took all my scraps and shitty little buds and made a batch of oil to make brownies,I managed to get a full 48oz bottle of the ganja/canola oil mixture and its been GOOD TIMES since.Im moving at the end of july and Im going to start over,but this time im going to build a cloning cabinet so I can have a constant supply,and a "friend" might donate me two 600 watt lights and ballasts,and a bunch of pots,etc...maybe time to expand my garden???I cant wait......Thanks to all for your input,will be back with another grow log.Oh yeah anyone have any suggestions of some other short bushy, early flowering indicas???I was very impressed with the northern lights and the early misty just dont know if I want to grow those strains again so soon....Oh sorry about the quality of the pics just looked at em and they are out of focus kinda

i thought u were supposed to lst in veg then when satisfied flower,but it is a strong plant so...what strains?
