My first indoor AND CFL grow

Naw, I will next Winter, for the space and temp issues, CFL's work great for me over the Winter, and I might even try one here during the reg. season, while I'm doing an outdoor.:clap:
Even less than 3 zips, I'm still happy with the outcome.
I only had 90 bucks or thereabouts into lights, so anything I put into a closet grow next time will only be to experiment with nutes or seeds.:bigjoint:
 
Just got a peep of the tip of my Sour D. seed poking through the soil, I guess in the next few days after I see more, it will be time to start the new thread.:mrgreen:

Man, those buds look great bro! Any way you can post a close up of a bud with good lighting after the cure?
And I'll be looking forward to seeing your next grow/season. Tell me how that sour d does ya bro! :wink:
 
I'm surprised, usually 5-6 days for my seeds to germ in soil, maybe it was Beech's suggestion to bump up my temp a bit that hurried the one along.:mrgreen:
4 days actually, I planted it Monday afternoon.
 
sounds good buddy. i popped 2 liberty haze on tuesday and both were up this morning.
don't be bummed on the amount of 2 ounces of good buds is better than having a male:fire:.
 
hey it looks good. i got my new ones up big enough that i think i have already found a male, if that is the case i will be down to 5 this evening. look forward to your next grow.
 
Dude you done great with just the CFLS,My Neighbor cant even get 1zip per plant with a 400w!!!

But of course he wont listen too me,And hangs his damn light 5ft above his damn plants!!

I pop my seeds in water in my pythons vivarium (85 day, 75 night) and they usually take less than 48 hrs.
 
OK, the Sour D. poked it's head up about 8 last night, and I can see a piece of soil moved and a hint of green under it in the Purple Kush cup. :)
 
Just one seed per cup, but I also have a third cup with a Grandaddy Purp that I planted on the 5th, so I'm not expecting that one until tomorrow or Monday.
I'll probably get to goofing around later, and put up a pic or start the new thread with the Diesel and Purp Kush.

oughta get a journal going with this new grow, you got some good strains your working with. Id be a submarine to it.

I think I'll just start another thread....
I had started a journal for the last plant, and forgot about it, and was only posting here in the regular thread anyway.
I think actually 2 threads, one for the Purp. Kush and the Diesel, and another for the GDP, because I'm gonna try and do that one inside.
 
I'm lucky just happening to have the perfect environment to put them in but it shows how much temps affect speed of germination.
