My First Grow

great lookin buds man, all kinds of props. ima start on my box with in the week. how bad was the smell? I got a spot for the setup in the garage we rented from the apartment ppl but im not sure if the smell will leak out of the garage.

Hey, why do you tie the plants down after 12 or 13 days or whatever?

its called lst training, commonly done to get the most out of a small space..

I would leave it to RaginCajun to come out with a comment like that if he dosent like a post In his journal, smoke a bowl and mellow out girl!! By the way awsome job Rage, buds look great!!!! let me know how it is, mad reps for ya bro for your grow and for helping me with my setup, gonna harvest 1 of my plants next week!!

it looks like you trimmed all of your fan leaves? is this practice recommended?!

They look nice to me! I have heat temps problems with my setup too. I just make sure that they are always at least a bit moist. My seedlings dried up hardcore the first round and had to start over. Check out my CFL grow bro! I'm sure i could use some great advice from you!

I didn't trim them off they just died off. I didn't have my ph meter the first few weeks so my ph was way low and caused most of the leaf problems you see. I have a Milwaukee digital ph meter now and it works great.

I got my new fan in this week. I ended up getting the S&P TD-150. There was a huge thread on here about how quite they are but I have to say its not any quieter than other inlines I have heard. I hope to just put a box fan or something similar in my room to drown out the sound. I am also going to try a speed controller to see how much that helps with the noise. I attempted insulated ducting but it was just too big to fit in my Clonebox.

I also just ordered a 6x12 carbon scrubber from foothill filters. It should be here next week sometime. That is the last piece for my second grow to be complete. Now I just have to decide which strain to grow.

i cant wait until you get your new set up going...we are gonna clone our asses off!! sorry my thread isnt as cool as yours, but im gonna give you a good run for your money with my set up!!

Thanks man! I am glad to be getting closer to smoking these ladies. Also looking forward to my second grow. I am getting some Jock Horror clones from my buddy Jmo. They will be going in the clone box under 400 watt hps.

I cant wait to smoke them! I just wish i could have been there to help get my fingers sticky! Hopefully there is as much there as it looks like!

Yeah I can't wait for the better genes. This is the grow my clones will be coming from! I hear this jock horror is supposed to be some good stuff.

how do you make the computer exhaust fan able to be plugged into a wall outlet since it has a 3-pin cord for connecting to comps?
