My first grow!

I had 3 of my BIGGEST beautiful girls stolen outta my back yard in the 4th week of flowering. But luckily I was bringing my 1 most beautiful girl in at night and i have her on a 12/12. Ive been keeping her inside for about a week or so now and shes about 5-6 week into flowering stage and all i have rite now is 2 23 watt CFLs 1 13 watt CFL and a 60 watt gro and sho. I know I need light but I really cant afford anything spectacular prob just get more CFLs. What do you guys suggest? here are some pics hopefully I can upload them i have been having trouble. Oh and these are Bag seeds how long before you think I can harvest I was thinking maybe another 4-6 weeks depending on the white hairs correct??? Im def a newbie and this is

The "hairs" should get amber, usually you can harvest when 70% are Amber. With a microscope you can find out the exact time to harvest

The "hairs" are pistels. I've yet to see a plant with 70% amber "hairs" that's ready to cut. Forget about them.
The trichomes are what you should be looking at to judge harvest, with a x60 microscope. When the trichomes are 70% then it's ready to harvest.
