My first grow.

Ok guys this is my first grow. I have 5 plants of dumpsters and 6 plants of bc bigbud. I have them currently on a 400 watt HPS. In a laundry room without the washer and dryer of course lol. They are all about 10 - 14 inches tall right now. I set back my lights last week to 12 on and 12 off. I just now noticed that they are all female. I see little hairs on ALL of them! But i also got my feminized seeds from a close friend of mine who has been growing for years. My question to you all is should i know anything important while budding? Im using a soil mixture of foxfarm and peatmoss. They seemed to like it alot. Nice green in color and deffenitly healthy looking. I have some nice pictures but i cant seem to find my usb cord to my digital camera at the moment. Im going to walmart tomorrow to get one so i can post some. :clap: Im using Supernatrual Bud Blaster for nutes. 1-52-31. When do i give them nutes and how much do i give them? Any advice in this matter would be greatly appreciated!

I'd say strictly follow the instructions for your bloom booster on the side of the bottle. If there's any problems back off on the nutes and remember, experience is best.

A lot of people say that you should stop fertilizing 2 weeks before harvest, but I think if you fertilize right up til harvest you'll see your best weight gains in those last 2 weeks. Then when ready to harvest drench the soil with non-ferted distilled water and let stand in darkness for 1-2 days. Then properly dry and cure your stash. You shouldn't taste any chemicals. But if you don't want to risk it then don't try it. I just think the last weeks are when the plant needs the food the most.

I would startem on 1/2 strenght for the first feeding and now would be fine.Then follow directions.IMO no nutes the last 2 weeks there will be planty if you follow the directions and use nutes every other water.Then flush the last 2 weeks..

Thanks to everyone for there input on this. I finally went to walmart and got a USB cord for my camera... Ill post some pics now these are a little older but after i finish this bong ill go upstairs and take fresh ones and post them. Please rate me on howthey look and give any advise that you can!!!
