My first grow

Hello Woody,
First, congrats on growing your own! It's a big step and super rewarding.

That is a very broad question.
However, depending on how long you vege the plant out i.e. allow it to grow before flower. you may want to supplement some feeding there.
Additionally, given the soil from a pot will be depleted within say 4-5 weeks as an adult plant, you may want to supplement during flower.

I am by no means an expert at autoflower.

Hopefully that helps!

Good luck

I’ve researched this strain and say it is heavy nitrogen feeder. I was just looking at my dates and she is one day 9. thats for your info.
I’ll post back in a week

Any suggestions on when or if I need to add any nutrients
I learned the hard way and now do not add nutes until the cotyledons start yellowing (about 3 weeks with my GG Autos) and I grow hydroponically so you could probably wait longer. She will let you know or you can start slow and check for burns. Most soil growers I talk to only feed with nutes every other time so that salts don't build up.

Thanks for the info.
I’ll post on my progress. The difference between the pics are just a little over 24 hours

You dont get the opportunity to veg an auto as long as you want or can... you have about 30 days before the autoflowering plant turns itself from veg to flower. Auto's tend to feed on the lighter side depending on strain. Dont start feeding your auto until about 2.5-3 weeks after the seed has popped surface.

Also coco and soil are two different mediums. Nutrient depletion between the two are completely different. If you are going to continue to feed with bottled nutrients be sure to get yourself a pH meter if you dont have it already and also get yourself a TDS/EC meter... this will allow you to test the nutrients going into your coco medium as well as the run off. And just be sure to keep your coco nice and aerated.

I think I’m going to use Ph’d water only for this grow.
Looking at feeding charts using bloom boost then add nug knockers then flush, the info you gather goes on and on till it will scramble your brain. I’m just gonna try a KISS approach.

Not too simple though.
If she needs nutes she will tell you. Listen to her or she'll leave you for some dude in a beret named Shiloh.

Chevron,
Taking your advice on the cotyledons.
here she is at day 14.

Hey Chevron
thought I’d show a pic of the cotyledons you mentioned. Can’t see in the pic but the tips are turning color Gonna get a new timer tomorrow, 2nd night I come home and the lights off.
Hey, I was having the same problem, got this from Walmart. Its $25 and you need to connect it to wifi and to download an app, but if that's not a problem for you this is a dream! I use the app to set the timer and its been running on auto for almost two months. It will only malfunction if you unplug your router. It will not have an issue if you lose internet!
