You're growing in soil right? It looks like too much nutes to me also, do you have a PPM meter and if so what is the PPM of your nutrient solution? I have some G13 plants growing in another hydro set-up and after I raised the PPM of my solution, they started to look just like yours with burnt tips and curled up leaves, after I lowered the PPM a little the leaves perked up and the new growth has no burns on the tips. Also, how often are you watering?

Last question, what size pots do you have them in?
 
Very early in the morning on day 17 of flowering and my girls don't seem to have any complaints for me...

thank you both for the comments...I had to pull down the mylar and redo it tonight. Originally I allowed for about 2 feet of growth when I hung the mylar but they passed up the top of it so now it goes up about 4 feet above the tray which should be ok.

Right now my 400watt HPS bulb is "Eiko" brand which was pretty much the cheapest HPS bulb sold at that the hydro shop...$24.95
I ordered another 400watt HPS ballast/reflector/bulb from htgsupply that should be here by tuesday or wednesday next week, I upgraded to the "AgroMax" bulb which I know nothing about but it's the best one they offered so I got it.

I only have 1 journal for this grow but I do have 3 different journals for 3 different grows going at the same time:

Here they are on day 19 of flowering. The 400watt light I ordered should be here by tomorrow or wednesday so the buds on the potted plants should be developing soon, they're too far away from the light right now...
