Keep doing exactly what you're doing. Your ladies are looking great and I don't see much stretching, which means that you have the canopy a good distance away from the bulbs. I was only adding my two cents to what peacegrow said.
I may just do that next paycheck. I dont pay for my electricity so power usage is not an issue.

I would think it could only bring good things to be near them often. I know that its not nearly enough to sustain the plants but
simply exhaling when you breathe produces trace mixtures of Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, Oxygen, and water vapor... All of witch are ESSENTIAL to plant growth..
I know... I just blew your mind.
