My first grow - Panama Red from a bag

Hello all. I'm new here. I think this is my 4th post or something, but I started growing!
I posted elsewhere that I had white rhino and BG, but that was for a friend. They still plan to grow and will hopefully have a grow journal up soon, too.
I ended up getting some outdoor weed that isn't too bad except it has lots of seeds. I put 14 in a cup and all of them sank. I transferred them to a paper towel and all but one sprouted.
Two nights ago, I planted them in a Burpee seed kit from home depot (coco coir with an auto-watering mat) and now here's the pics from this morning. All but one have broken the surface though you can't really see one.
I plan on putting them in hempy buckets when I transfer them
If anyone has experience growing Panama Red, please stop by with your tips and suggestions.

There's a plastic enclosure about 2 inches above them normally. For moisture. I have a 15W fluorescent grow light right on top of that.

These pics are up a day late, but they're from yesterday.

I realized I had nowhere near enough light on the plants. I got two 42W, 2700 lumen fluorescents. Unfortunately not the right color temperature. I'll replace them with cool whites when I get them and save these for flowering. I also plan to have a few tubes for side lights.

Does anyone know if these reflectors are any good? They seem similar to ones used in photography.
