the only thing im worried about is light getting to the bottom leaves of the plant as you can see the fan leaves are blocking the light. What could i do about that without stressing the plant?

ok sounds good i already have 110 watts per plant ill deff add more for the sides the other thing i was worried about is that these plants are around 2 months old and are just getting bushier and not taller. Is that a bad thing? What could i do to increase steam grow or should i even do that? Another thing is i dont have alot of money to buy co2 injectors and all that other equipment would baking soda and vinegar be sufficent enough? Or seltzer water applications??

Nah, you don't have to worry about those lower leaves. Pretty soon, they'll become blocked more and more, and there's not really much you can do about it. They look nice and healthy though, excellent work. :)

That reminds me what it's like to start from seed, rather than cloning. They look so much nicer when they're small, that I can't wait til mine take off. I germinated some Ice seeds yesterday,(22 hours. holy crap  ) put them in soil today, and expect them to start poking up through, tomorrow morning. Sweet. Hmm...maybe I'll start a journal this time. *scratches chin*lol

How bout the co2? I think the reason the plants aren't growing tall is the lack of co2. What do you think? And you should deffinitly do that dude i'd like to see that grow.

Nah, they're growing like that because they're happy, and not stretching for light. CO2 won't be much benefit, unless you move up to a 600+ watt MH/HPS, and take advantage of the intense light. The best way to speed things up, is to add more light. There's practically no such thing as 'too much', especially with fluoros.

I was just thinking, and I think I'll take your suggestion. I think I'll break out the camera tomorrow, and snap some pics, as they first break the surface, starting a journal. Sweet, thanks man.

to get those bottom leaves some light, try and lst, you are early enough into the grow to do this. Search up how to do it. It is not stressful on the plant. I pwomise!
