My First Grow: Need Some Advice

Hey guys,

This is my first first grow, i am about 4 weeks in, growing auto short rider and was looking for some advice on a few things.

Firstly i have been reading that some auto's have problems and dont auto flower, with my one the stem keeps growing but it dont seem to be flowering, does mine look normal from the pictures?

Also there are some roots coming out the draining hole, but they have been like that for a while and seem ok to me, but if there anything i need to do about them?

Finally about nutrients, i read on one guide not to give nutes till about week 6 so thats probably what i will do but when the times comes what products are available in UK should i give them?

im no expert, currently researching on autos for my first grow!

i think the stretch is coming from a lack of light - the plant is growing UPWARDS in an attempt to 'search' for light.
you need either MORE lighting, or need to move plant closer towards the light.

someone with real experiance will have a better idea.
