My first grow journal(CFL) 12/12 from seed.

Thanks catnips for keeping up with my journal I will deffinately have pics up thuresday night at around 8:30pm eastern time. Oh and to answer catnips question from earlier yes I am sure the weird plant is in fact a cannabis plant not unless there is other plants that can pollinate a female cannabis plant other than a male cannabis plant because I got all the seeds out of the bud I was smoking (real goood smoke). I just cant wait to see what you guys say about the huge change in the plants in less than a week. They are not stretching at all very tight node spacing and that is what I wanted I am so proud of my babies for being so good. I just regret not starting alot more seeds so I could have had a choice on which females I want to keep in there instead of only hopefully getting atleast two females with no choice whether they are healthy or not because they are the only choice I have. I just hope my weirdo is a female I would like to see the bud off her. Does anyone know what i can do to increase my chances of getting females.

Ok just for you guys I will try to get the camera tonight and takes some pics but that is no promise so dont hold me to it.

from what i know its mostly the conditiond durring germ and how the seeds came to be that govern your chances of getting females, seeds that come from most indoor grows are femmed seeds, the reason being that people dont leave males in grow rooms on pourpouse, they get polinated by plants that have been somehow stressed and have turned hermie on the growers. if you smoke great weed then your chances are good to get females. other than that i hear best female to male ratio for germ is right about 72-76 f. but again this has not been proven or at least not by me, for some strange reason ive never actually seen a male plant and i grow all random bagseed.

yea I hope so too, they are looking pretty good but for some reason during the dark hours the second largest plant droops down then perks back up for the light hours. They have grown another inch since yesterday also the weirdo is going to have three tops instead of two I see a third top developing where I topped the plant (yeh 3 colas)

Alright fellow cultivators I saw that one of the future girls was getting alittle pale and looked like it had a nitrogen def, so I gave it alittle MG plant food with npk 24-8-14 1/4 strength but I didnt want to because it is chemical for one and two it is not a good choice for nutes but it made a significant change in the yellowing leaves. The new growth from the yellowing plant is a beautiful dark green so I am happy with the change. Just to let you know the MG nutes will only be used when I have no other choice.

The plants had a few days of shock from me topping them but they are back on track now and looking better than ever. I will also post new pics of my light setup that I forgot to post last time I posted pics.

The flash on my camera makes them look yellow I dont know why. I just started LST on all three of my babies and they are responding really well I also put up some pics of a bong I broke ooops, but fixed so it would still work. I also posted the pics of my light set up, I am planing on getting some more 42w CFLs.

nice little grow youve got goin. that is a weird little plant indeed. never seen leaves like that. lookin healthy thus far. best of luck to you. check out my cfl grow as well, some what similar but a few more plants. one in flowering. dont know how far along but seems liek its been forever. happy growings!

Sorry I havent updated in a while but I had to get my camera fixed, I should have new pics up soon as possible so check back tommorrow they might be up. The plants are doing great and getting big so I am excited about your comments on the new pics tommorrow or day after.
