Thats a nice little grow ya got goin on there!!! bet dem budz r smellin sweet. i,v been thinkin alot bout 12/12 from seed, seems like a good theory being able to flower straight away after germinating, you make up in more plants than the size of the plants. your,v got a harvest every 12 weeks,sounds like an idea ,think that i,ll b tryin 12/12 from seed,, il b watchin ya grow ,, good luck

Thanks man I am really happy with the 12/12 from seed, I think I will have a reasonable harvest. I actually just found out that the seed that the sour diesel came from was actually a cheese male pollinated the sour diesel female, so I am actually growing cheesel. Its pretty cool because cheese is a pretty high yeilder so I expect my yeild from the cheesel decent for 12/12 from seed. The bagseed is starting to swell a good bit and getting taller, I am getting close to having to raise the lights.

I have been needing to water them everyday now, the buds are really getting fat some of the Cheesels buds are around 2" wide already. I cant wait to see the final product, lol oh wait I know what it looks like because I have some Cheesel NOW and I posted pics with this update. The bud shots are all Cheesel, and from the same grower that I got the seeds from. THIS SHIT IS AMAZING, lol all my freinds were over today and I smoke a 1/8th blunt with them(Fucking Huge Blunt 3.5g) and almost all of them were passed out in 20min. I describe the High to be more Narcotic Couchlock, but at the beggining when you first smoke you feel enery. Cheesel taste like the name Sour Cheese, but on the exhale you have a sweeter taste. Cheesel really smells more like Chemdogg mixed with Cheese to me. But anyway hope you enjoy the bud porn.

I dont understand it, the lower older leaves have died off since they were a seedling. I thought it was a mag defficiency, so I tryed the epsome salts, but they seem to be growing fine and if the only thing wrong is some old dead leaves then it dont bother me. I thought it could possibly be a Nitrogen defficiency during flower, so I fed with 1/4 strength veg nutes once every 2 weeks, and this didnt work. So I thought maybe a iron defficiency or maybe a calcium deffieciency, so I tryed sprinckling rust crumbles on top of my soil and this seemed to help the leave color but not health. I had some dolomite lime in my shed from last outdoor grow, and I thought this would help a calcium def, but I cant figure out what def these girls have.

Oh I almost forgot, I know I shouldnt have quite yet but I couldnt wait any longer, I had to sample the bagseed. This was last week though, I cut a really small popcorn bud and dryed it, also it cured for 4 days. I would have posted a pic up but I forgot to before I smoked it.

Don't worry bout old leaves dying off, as long as ya new leaves/foilage is good ,thats cool,!

Yea smells exactly like sour cheese in here, I was worried today about the neighbors smelling them because it was so strong. They would be abount 1-1 1/2ft if I wasn't using the LST method, and SCROG.

My roomates gave me permission to grow whatever I want, funny thing is my mom bought my 2' flourescent that I dont use because of the heat the built in ballast creates but she knew what it was for.

Today is day 50 flowering for the bagseed so I dont have much longer, I will start flushing today so in exactly 1 week I will harvest the bagseed. March 6 is the harvest day for the bagseed and I will give it a 1 week cure so roughly around March 16th I will give a smoke report. The Cheesel looks like it needs a few more weeks so I will let it run its course and harvest when the trichomes are 50% amber. I need to go to radioshack and get a microscope to see the trichomes. Oh yea 1 reason why I say the bagseed is ready is because the hairs have shrunk into the bud and turned redish brown. The sample I took from the bagseed a last week got me a good head high so by the time I havest I should have a equil head/body high.

I noticed today that the Bagseed is ready to harvest early, I thought it needed another week but I was wrong 75% of the calyxes have turned red and I have been flushing for the last three waterings with plain water, so the bud should be smooth and taste good. I harvested earlier today and I have a total wet weight, the dominate cola weighed 9g wet, the second dominate cola weighed 7g, and the popcorn buds weighed 4g, so my total weight is 20g and I will likely loose at least a 1/2 of my wet weight when they dry so I guess my dry weight to be at most 9-10g for the bagseed which is really good for 12/12 from seed with CFLS. I will try to get pics up as soon as possible, unfortuantly I have already quick dried the popcorns and smoked them and I sold the smaller cola wet for $40.00, but I am drying the large cola right now and it looks AMAZING, it is so frosty I couldnt believe how many trichomes the bagseed has on it. The smell isnt real strong, I think it will get its smell when it is cured out and ready to smoke. Oh yea the smoke report on the quick dryed buds, It smoked real smooth to be quick dryed, and tasted almost sweet tangy with a slight grassy/green taste to it, it wasnt harsh but the only little harshness I felt was from it being quick dryed in the oven I think. It was a really strong body high with a mellow head high, and my high lasted around 1 1/2 hours which I was really happy with, the first 45mins was a really intense almost narcotic high.

dosent it feel so nice to smoke your own buds? going to run 12/12 again or you going to give them a couple weeks veg next time?

Yes it does feel really good to smoke my own buds, but I have only had a taste of whats to come after a 1 week cure. I will do 12/12 again someday but it will be from clone not seed, the only reason why I did 12/12 from seed is because I had limited space. Next grow will be bigger, and I will give at least a 2 month veg time if not more. I think my yeild for this 12/12 from seed all together will be about a 1/2 oz or alittle more. Next grow will be with 2- 600w HPS/Metal Halide with 6" cooltubes and electronic ballast, but this may be a year or so away. Oh yea I just smoked Chem Dogg for the first time today and it was great, pretty good 50/50 head/body with a fruity taste, and a somewhat narcotic high. wowIsuckathis didnt you grow Chem Dogg, would you describe it the same way, or was yours different.

yep i grow chemdawg and id say that descibes it to a t. the stuff that i got last time i flowered was nothing short of amazing, its a pretty nice yielder too. deff going to keep that strain around.

I also smoked God Bud for the first time just the other day and I was so high I fell asleep while walking down the road. I almost forgot to tell you I cut a sample popcorn off the Cheesel and I smelled it and I smell nothing but when I bent it in half and smelled inside it almost choked me out it was so strong. The trichomes on the Cheesel are amazing, looks even better than the sour diesel bud I got it from. I havent smoked the Cheesel yet so when I do I will let you know what it taste like.
