My First Grow, In Flowering, Dont know how long...

Yeah, well i just wanted some input on what everyone thought of my monster of a first grow!!! not sure how far she is into flowering, but i think just a week or two... she is REAL small! i love it, plan on taking clones tomarrow... lemme know what you think, i maed a lot of mistakes on this one, only 2 learn for the next!

can anyone tell me when/ where ill be expecting to see the buds!?

wow. gotta be honest man, never seen anything grow quite like that haha. the stems are all over the place, looks like something out of photoshop. all i can really tell you is that it has some sort of nutrient defficiency, hence the yellowing and curling of the leaves.

i thought clones were supposed to be taken during vegetative if possible.

does it not look like it has also been scavenged along the way during growth.....? or is it just a really odd form?

The yellow spots look like a light touched them or something for a few minutes.. did you prune off alot of the stems and leaves? You see where all the hairs are, those flowers will slowly grow and turn into bigger buds.

hell yeah thank you all, yea court... my lamps touched the tips of my leaves on the spots that look burned... my PH was all off from my TAP water that's why there's nute burns on the tips of the leaves... i deff took no mercy in using the "hedge clippers" on her... im trying to keep her real small and fast budding... the best part is im running her off two 65 watt phillips Flood Lights... im tryin to find a good place 2 flower her under a friends 400 watt HPS... weee, thanks for the comments... more flicks coming soon!!!

btw, i actually took a clone that ended up having a preflower on it, and now its growing roots and budding at the same time... looks cool, hopefully it works so i can just plant a bud! but im going to take better cuttings tomarrow and get some better clones!

Better get that HPS on her soon or you'll be lucky to score 1 joint off her.

Also if you go cutting her up some more you're just going to delay getting any buds off her as it will slow growth, plus if you cut too much off there will be nothing left lol is this going to be a mother? You need to decide. You've been around here long enough to know there is a search engine and you should start using it more, I'll be honest your plant looks like a feeble attempt to grow, either you are very young and green, or your playing out a little experiment with us, either way best of luck to you sir

thanks, it pretty much is an experiment, 2 see how much i could stress a plant, 2 keep it small and how much it would yield... this is just for me... to show my self i could do it with nothing, so when i have the equipment i will have an outstanding grow... i know what i did wrong, im just happy she is alive and about 2 bud... i was just told that floodlights are HPS... she is lookin good, but im still striving for that 400 watter HPS... i already have a ceptible clone, but im gonna get more... i have lots of faith in her!!! keep yall posted...

There's nothing wrong with experimenting... I mean my first grow, I F*ed those plants world up!!! I mean buring, underwater, overwater... lol and im still learning new things everyday.. i mean especially if you meant to keep her that small.. theres nothing wrong with that.. it does look nice and healthy though, the green is deep.. I dont know anything about cloning so, i wont comment. but ive seen other ppls plants on this site that looked like yours. It looks cool. I take it you're not too worried about a huge yield right? Oh yeah, it is true you will delay the flowering time if you keep cutting, so if you just let her go, she'll start budding quickly after about maybe a week. I have 2 nebulas that were so burned.. it was weird b/c i was doing the same feeding for all my other plants that are healthy and green. But the Neb's just reacted differently.. its weird.. but after flushing them, they've done a 180.. its great.

yep, well said courtcourt!!! i stuffed around last season with three little plants. vvgged under cfl's left them outside./ dog ait two (his name is bud and he likes weed lol!!) last plant turned out to be a foot long cola. sheer luck. now after disasterous attempts finally got that 400hps, etc... and have a plant over two foot. patience pays off and never be discouraged. remember its a weed and will grow inspite of what we try and do to it HAHAHa here we grow again

6-8 weeks still. depends on strain plus anything you do during floweirng to slow the growth down. good luck

thanks mayne! im start keepin count now... monday will be week 1.... im not sure exactly what strain it was... it came from a bag of what we call out here "Purple Work". its just chronic, but it had purple on it...

Do you have a magnifyer? thats the way to only truely know when your girl is ready. id start checking the trich's at about 8 weeks though.
