My First Grow "Hydro" + Grow Tent

This is my first grow I started out in the Aerogarden cause I did not know shit about growing anything once I bought the aerogarden that was enough to set me off in the right direction So I purchased a grow tent,Lumnatek 120 volt ballast, 400watt HPS light along with my exhaust system http://www.wormsway.com/enlarge.asp?sku=SW604 , I bought the product "Garden of Ease" $50 http://www.sunleaves.com/enlarge.asp?id=133
I also noticed in my 3x3 grow tent it did not produce enough humidity so I bought one from the local store for $20 I have a fan in my intake spot rather than buying another intake fan since the exhaust is good enough for a 3x3 grow tent, I have a cloner which I will soon be spray painting the bottom black, I am working with Big Grow nutes right now for vegetative state, Everything you see besides my 3 in one tester for PH Ms/CM PPM cost around $220 I believe my setup cost me near $1200 I wanted to do this rather than half the grow logs on here thats using some cheap light bulb and stretching there plants :confused:
Anyways here's the pics all these seeds came from some shit brick weed that we normally get up here "wanted to use them since it was my first grow anyway" then ill order some for my next grow. Well here's the pics any input suggestions would be great!!!
My Grow Medium is Rockwool
I keep my PH around 6.5 and my PPM 600-800
Running my lights 24 Hours a day
My seedlings are using a PH of 6.0 and a PPM of 300
Yes I know there a little crowded

all my hard work and no comments? one question I have since my plants seem to be getting bushy as fuck will that produce a lot of bud? is there anyway you can tell to produce a big yield off hydro?? I see a lot of other pictures of plants where there not as bushy as mine maybe im doing great? who knows lol again this is my first grow and I have been reading up alot I eventually want to do SOG cause I here that's the fastest way for yeilds, This is all btw for personall use I am a casual smoker pretty much every day multiple times and smoke about a ounce per month

I here alot of different people stating I should lower my ph down to about 5.5-6.0 for hydro is this true ?

the ph is advised at 5.5-6 but if they growing then?? dont see why change it,,,,


how many time do you feed them a day ??? and wht plant is it????

I hate to say it but this is just some bag seed from some mids since this was my first grow I really did not want to order seeds and fuck up and be out $40-50 and my question is what do you mean feed them a day? I keep there PPM at 700-800

one question does that biggest plant of mine seem big enough to start taking small clones from? I still don't know if it's a male but would rather work with clones if I can and possibly do 12/12 then revegatate once I see the hairs/pollen balls

sorry was a typo i men't how many times are you feeding a day?

and i havent got as far as you with my grows but from wht i know,,, if you take you clone and grow it then whn it looks like has some life back in it ,put on 12/12 apart from the others or all will start to bud ,, tho im sure you knew that,, hope this helps ,,

so im confused are you saying I should dump some nutes in 3 times a day? I thought that was all based on the ppm

I am suprised you arent seeing any problems with running your ph that high, it is recommended to run 5.5-6.0ph for hydro. What size tubs are you using they seem kinda small for 8 plants, my tub is setup for 8 but it is a 33 gallon tub.

those small totes are just for clones then I am going to transfer them to another garden of ease as I plan on buying 3 more once those grow bigger and I took your all's advice and switched my ph to 5.5 with nutes running around 700-800 but I still don't understand what you mean by how many times do you feed them a day?

ideal ph is like 5.8 but can depend on the strain. Yo dont feed 3 times a day in hydro, it is about maintaining proper ppm levels in your rez.

how old are your plants that you are feeding 7-800 ppm's and what nutes?

These plants are about a month 1/2 old i am currently feeding them Fox Farm Big Grow nutes and maintaining levels of PPM 700-800

I dont have any experience with fox farm, but you should be ok with your plants at that advanced age, maybe bump it up a little from 800 to 1k. Also when are you going to flower?
