LOOKING FOR INSIGHT!!!

Ok, so I am going to have a new project coming very soon. As soon as Aug 1st, i will be putting together a new grow room. Ive doing my homework for the last few months and now have an opportunity to set up a 10'-0" x 14'-6" room. I plan on moving my 5' x 2' x 2' tent with the 250 watt lamp for just veg. Plan on getting 2- 1000 watt HPS for my new room. I want to use air cooled hood's and make myself a good duct system to keep the room under 80 degrees at all time. I'm very interested in any in put to get me started. I need to harvest at least 10 oz a month to make rent, do you think this is possible with 2- 1000 watt HPS and veg on 250 watt MH?? Also I am going to use the wick system with 5 gallon buckets with my home brew soil mix. There is someone living in the room, but will be out soon so i will be updating picture's very soon. I appreciate all the help
