with ff you dont need nutes for a little while

this could be the problem

i had this problem with my first grow. probs over feeding. what i did is flushed with a very very mild nute solution. so like a cf of 2-4. that perked them up.

How long do you think I should wait??

a week or two before you feed just give her some ph water then after that i would feed 1/4 strength then you should be fine

What exactly do you mean? Sorrykinda new to the terminology

well at the time my plants where in 9 litre pots. when it came time to feed them i put about twice the amount of liters worth of water as the pot held. so i poured about 20 liters worth of very very mild nutrient water. however your plants are very young and the soil you are using already has nutrients in it doesn't it? im not form the states so i don't know anything about foxfarms. if it is a soil with time release fertilizers in it then maybe flushing it with nutrient water isn't a good idea. maybe the nutrients are part of the problem. if you have a soil with time release fertilizers. you don't need to start feeding them for quite some time. i grew in coco which had no nutrients. however i also had a couple of plants in soil with time release fertilizers and i found over feeding to be a big problem and they actually never made it to harvest. that's why i use coco. because time release fertilizers complicate things so much more lol.

im just telling you my experience and what happened with me on my first grow. im not an expert so don't do anything of what i said unless someone else backs it up lol.

Yeah, don't flush then, FF has several nutes already and it will prolly make it worse. Just go with pH adjusted water for a while and they should settle back down. I'd give them until they were about twice the size they are now before trying to feed again, unless they show signs of deficiencies. That will give them enough time to use up some of the existing nutrients and larger plants are a little more forgiving. The 1/4 recommended dosage is a good rule to follow too.
