my first grow aberdeen sativa smoker

this is my first grow using 600w,hps,mylar,soil grow,bio.bloom,top,max stimulator in a 80cmx80cmx200cm . ive got 1 r,diesle,1v,kush,1red,dragon,1alaskan ice my mate gary the gardener gives me help,but ineed more advice on how to maxamise my yeild any tips. all replies welcome.
