I got a lot of popcorn buds. I thought that when I harvest it may be better to take the top buds, and leave the the popcorn buds for a couple weeks longer.

This isn't a terrible idea, especially in a CFL grow when those buds have more then likely been getting less light then the rest of the plant. As long as you don't take to much a once, I'm sure the popcorn buds will be able to give you a week or 2 more of maturing before they'd be ready.
If for no other reason then knowing if its a good idea or not I'd be interested in seeing that

She showed actual signs at about 8 days from the flip if I remember right, I have it written down somewhere....

Just added another 200+w of CFL's tonight, I'm anxious to see how tripling the wattage affects her

MG Moisture Control with about 40% MG Perlite mixed in.
When it was younger, I first tied branches down, because the middle was getting so full, then I had to tie in, because it was getting so wide, now, I'm tightening, drawing down more, and tightening inwards more too.
Had to trim a lot off the bottom to get the side lights up as high as I have them now, though I'd like them a bit higher still.

I was surprised, the main stalk is still thickening up, and is almost 7/8" down at the base, and my 2 main branches from where I topped are already thicker than a ball point pen.

Your lights seem a little far, looks like she might be stretchin' a bit.

Thanks. Ya she was stretchin for a couple weeks, I only had 100w until I added 200 more yesterday.
26 days from flip though, so I don't think I did too much 'damage' LOL
I've got about 14 flowers starting to fill in nicely though.
I'm happy with how she's turned out so far..

She is now 71 Days Old, and 43 Days Since First Pistil

She is still shooting out new calyxes, and pistils. I think maybe three weeks left.

Soon time to think about flushing. If I will, or not is the question. lol

Anyway, looks good. How heavily have you been feeding her? If you've been adding any nutes at all I would advise a flush. Or at least to reduce the nutes towards the end of the grow or else during the curing and drying process those nutes will leave an odd taste on the bud.

I've been feeding her every water, but last water was first full dose. I worked my way up, but stayed at half dose for a while.
I will probably flush, but have been reading some on why not to flush. lol

If the buds fatten up the most in the last two weeks, I can't wait to watch

very nice thread! read it all and i would advise you to flush by all means! if you don't your grow will taste not so well as it could. in addition if you dung until now enough nutritions will be left in your soil until harvest

I've been using Shultz 15-30-15 and molasses lol

My smaller 12/12 from seed will have the benefit of better nutes. Hopefully tomorrow they will be here.
The bigger plant is hogging most of the light right now.
