My dog got my plants. Managed to save them I think , but....

So my dog ended up breaking through my barrier and grabbing my smartpots that my plants were in ( I know - bad bad dog, but he has a thing for those smart pots) . They're roughly 3 weeks into flower & I found them shortly after ( maybe a hr after ) one still had all it's dirt connected to it's roots and has literally not been affected by the incident even after re potting. ,The other plant tho wasn't as lucky and had no dirt left around her and all her roots exposed to the morning light ( 10am) lost a few branches and her little nugs got covered in dirt. I rinsed them well with a hose and replanted her too. Now over the past week she looks alive sort of ( not droopy or anything ) but all her pistons have turned brown and she's showing no growth. I should also mention this happened a week ago and they have been taken indoors to my tent under 12:12 cycle & 2 300w led (could ALL the pistons dying this early be a sign she is dying out on me ? I know this is a silly situation but I'm trying to save my gal if anyone has any tips? Sorry I can't upload pics - I had taken some but my phone decided to bite the dust today.

Your second plant may or may not recover enough to yield anything useful.

Have you started anything to replace it?

A perpetual grow system might be your best guarantee of regularly available meds.
