I highly recommend buying a hand microscope or something and taking a look at the trichomes

You have a nice combo of red and white pistols. I would say it seems to be ready, just depends on what kind of smoke ya want. Check out the FAQ on this site for the difference in early/late harvests.

i wouldnt chop anything it looks like u have another 3 weeks of flowering at least dont listen to these fools. if u veged for 2 months then u need 2 months of flowering. even with one month of veg its recommended to flower for two months.

i dont think flowering time has anything to do with how long you vegged for... but Yeah, im not gonna cut them yet, but when i do... can i chop the top first and let the bottom go longer?

To answer your question bunique, yes you can.
A lot of people practice this because the tops usually mature quicker.
