My CFL Cab 10,000+ Lumens. 24" Height 16" Length 11" Width Soil Grow.

Reserved thread until I get my seeds. I just wanted to share my grow box.
Its on the small side, But I plan to LST all the way so height shouldnt be too much of a problem.

Right now it holds 4 23 watt cfl bulbs. But I have splitters so I could have up to 8 bulbs in their. 8 x 1700(Number of lumens in each bulb) = 13600 lumens. Although I'm sure heat will be a problem.

Any feedback is appreciated. So anxious to get my seeds.

Anyone know How i can combat my light leak problem .

This is how my back fans look.

Looks good, duct tape and a carbon filter over the fans should fix the light leak.

Any idea how I to do it ? Been searching but couldn't find anything that I thought would keep it stealth. I saw this idea about using Mesh screen pencil holders and stuffing carbon filter sheets inside and putting it over the fans. But Not sure if that would work with where I want to place the cab.






Anyone have any suggestions on what I should buy before growing. I just bought some ph up and down. I already have nutes. I also bought a ph meter and some test strips.

Anything else i need ?

mount a moving fan in there and get a thermostat.
