My cab and server.

Hi,

I have not been around for ages, apologies :)
I thought I would show my Semi ghetto veg cabs as they are at the moment.
Limited budget and not a very large area to work with, and advise to improve on or upgrade these would be great :) As I get cash I am fixing and improving on all my systems.
I do my grows for myself and not as a form of profit.

My Veg server:
I use it for seedlings, clones and such in early stages. Currently has 4x clones (in back) and 4x seedlings (in front). Various indicas.

3x 18watt 6500K florescent.
1x 28watt 2700k florescent.
1x 30watt, 150mm (6") inline fan fitted inside insulated ducting (305M3/h 180cfm).
Mylar back and front.

Clipper lighter to give an idea of the size.

Air extraction from left, air outlet, Top right from the back.

My little grow cabinet:
I use this for vegging out plants before flowering, vegging clones and for various other experiments. Currently has several indica and sativa clones in it.

10x 6500k 11watt CFL's
5x 6500k 23watt CFL's
1x 30watt, 150mm (6") inline fan fitted inside insulated ducting (305M3/h 180cfm) venting air out the back and pulling air in from front bottom.

Black strips on the front are to prevent air/light leaks (memory foam stuck down with duct tape). Strip of black duct tape at bottom is to prevent light leaks from the front.

Tell me what you think :) No holds barred and dripping with sarcasm would be even better :p

Welcome back!
nothing ghetto about that bro, your plants seem to like the boxes just fine.....
I once grew a plant in a cardboard box lined with tin foil and wrapped in duct tape.
that was one fucked up ghetto grow.

Sounds like a buddy of mine's outdoor winter veg box :)

(cardboard box, incandescent bulb and he would just stick the box with the bulb over the plant each evening and take it off in the morning).

Ended up being a giant girl though when he finally harvested her the following winter.

(please note, we do not have snow).
