Is there any way to get around these things? I know for sure its thrips because I examined under the scope and its not mites, the damage is exactly like some others have posted here and it appears to be the same as in the bible.

My problem now is getting rid of them, I have sprayed my ladies with two organic products one called "safer soap" and one called captain jacks organicide.

Please help me :(

I hate when that happens. safer soap has always worked for me. Just use it several times a week and keep a eye on them. Lady Bugs will get them good.

thrips are harder than mites to get rid of than mites imo, the positive side is that they don't do nearly as much damage.

most products get rid of them but they seem to find a way back somehow. at least that is my experience with them. good luck

Would it be beneficial to remove any big fan leaves (the ones I am worried more about are the ones in veg) I want to try to eliminate them before they get to flower. I dont see any action going on in the flowering room so I don't want to bring them there.

depends how bad the infestation is and how big the plants are really. i find they tend to hang around in the shady parts on the lower leaves and they always stay away from the buds, i don't like spraying my plants in flower so if i do get them i leave them to it.

make a call i'm sure you will be fine

If you're still in veg then the 2 products I would recommend are

SPINOSAD (OMRI listed)

HOT SHOTS NO PEST STRIPS (very toxic, read warnings and data sheets)

SPINOSAD is a bacteria that kills them but multiple sprayings 3 days apart for about 2 weeks would get them done.

The hot shots , when I have used them have been used for no more than 1 day at a time. They contain dichlorvos which is a carcinogen but from what I remember reading it breaks down pretty quickly with oxygen.

I swear thrips would survive a nuclear holocaust.

I agree with jondamon a friend of mine had thrips and used 3 hotshot strips put one on a fan other two hung next to the plants. after two weeks they were gone never came back. I hear good things about spinosad alsoThrips are a little flyupload_2014-6-8_19-4-10.jpegand the larva look like this upload_2014-6-8_19-5-34.jpegthey are very small and will lay waste to your crop.

well, i guess your brother in law giving you thrips is much better then your sister in law giving you the clap, or crabs, or both even.. :D:D
