Yellow and sagging can be a lot of things. Most common is either over or under watering, but without pictures nobody is going to be able to do more then guess.

they are the first real leafs that came out of the seed. they are now dead looking yellow, but the rest of the plant is just fine.
I don't have my camera. I broke it sorry.

How old is the plant? It's not unusual to have some leaves yellow up and fall off over the course of the grow, because they wear out over time. Even during vegging you end up losing a few leaves, and the lowest ones that grew first are also usually the first to wear out and fall off.

How often and what have you been feeding them?
I feed them every wednesday and sunday. I feed them 15-30-15 with the water at 6.5 to 6.8. The leafs turned yellow before I gave them nutes and now they are completely yellow and dead looking. The rest of the plant looks fine though.

The plant is about 3 to 4 weeks.

flush your soil, sounds like it might be the start of a nute lockup problem, thats why it didnt help you fed them and only made it worse.

I just transplanted them into a bigger pot. I have to feed them often because I'm using vermiculite and vermiculite doesn't produce natural nutes. Its kinda like hydro.

i dont remove leaves unless they come off with a gentle tug, they may be damaged and start to die but their is still stored energy and nutes that the plant will remove and put into the new growth, they will come off w/a gentle tug when the plant is done with them.
