My first time growing indoor and My second time growing at all. My plant has very light green meristems/new leaves.is it light bleaching? My ph is 6.5, I’m using damn good quality soil, not over watering. Is there a problem at all?

Let the inners grow and unfold. If they are yellow. Then feed a lil harder on the nitrogen if your not feeding all. You can start now
 
Ummm there looks to be plenty food in there. Do not over feed it, especially such a small plant. Plant looks absolutely fine, let it do its thing for a bit more and lay off the LST for a bit. Looks overfed if anything.
 
Doesn’t look over fed. Doesn’t look underfed. And lst seems just fine Continue doing what your doing It’s working
 
I use rubber coated wire for LST it's like 3bucks at local shop for 20ft I think and it's reusable it will work better then the rope plus won't cut into the plant like the smaller coated wire can do.

The mask doesn’t go on me, it was just what I had laying around. I cut the mask part off and am using the long elastic band for the training. And some yarn (And paper clips hooked to the pot) for the lower Branches. All On a bar stool with a shower curtain rod hanging the light in an outdoor closet.

Proud of my hobo rig. It was all dirt cheap.
