So its my first plant (I tried for 3, 1 never came up the other stopped growing after a feeding so I was already off to a bad start). So I've been using 2 types of fluorescents. I know its cheap but it was working then the leaves started to turn brown and dry up and fall off. I'm using some miracle grow plant food sticks recommended by a friend. Is that bad? :wall: I tried not to water it to much. :cuss:

So its either not enough water or to much light.
I need my babies someone please help me

Here are some pictures of my bay someone anyone HELP

lol, there is no such thing as too much light. unless of course your lights are hot and they are too close to your plants, but this probably isn't the case because you're using fluorescents. my guess is that you over-fed your plants. those miracle gro spikes aren't that good. if you wanted to use spikes there are cheaper ones that have higher nitrogen contents for a good veg.

my guess is: none of the above; nute burn.

It has been in that pot for about a month. I transferred it from the plastic cup I started it in. And I followed the directions on the sticks and I never put anymore since the first time I feed it. How much water am I supposed to give it daily? And I'm looking for new lights are the ones that are for growing plants indoors good or what should I get? Whats the best plant food? I gave it the liquid form of miracle grow before and it never harmed it but the sticks made it grow more than that did.

lmao, couple things funny about what just happened. First of all maybe you should have posted some more pictures and asked us if it was a male or female... or did you bring over your friend whole told u to nute burn ur plants? second, if you only have 1 plant.. and thats all you got, you should have just grew it.. for a pratice run, not like there were any females for it to get pregnant. Mine as well screw up ur male, and learn from your mistakes then, screw up a female next time? Third, if it was still in veg state, how did you find out if it was male or female? Not trying to clown you or anything man, I just think you made have acted a bit fast. Maybe you should surf around on this forum a bit... before you go for attempt number 2, but you should deff go for another try, you will get it man, just make sure you use all the smart people on this forum :) most of them are nice, and if you ask nice they will help out

It went well for a first try...I had been growing the damn thing for at least four months and it wasn't looking any different I looked around but couldn't find how long it stays in the veg cycle can anyone help me out with that one? Oh and one other thing when I was germinating my new seeds one came out of the shell should I still plant it or what? I haven't seen any pics where its done that so i'm just wondering if its O.K.

Your plants will stay in the veg cycle for as long as you keep em in it. Once you switch to the12/12 light cycle, your plants will enter their flowering stage.

So the one seed cracked and fell out of its shell? Sure, gently plant that sprout in some soil. Good luck.
