My babies look a bit sick?

Well I have been using distilled water with Problend Gro as my nutes.
These girls are on day 15 since they have germinated.

The leaves are a bit curled oddly and theres some markings on the leaves. Could you please help diagnose the problem?

It doesn't look too bad at all mate.

If it gets worse than consider these possibilities:

- They're being over fertilized, the leaf tips will look slightly 'burnt' if it's nute burn (nutrient burn), the 'burn' will get worse and leafs distort more if the nutes aren't reduced, provided of course that is the problem.
- pH is out of whack (too acid or alkaline)
- They're getting heat stress from the general air temperature in the room being too high or the light being too close to them.

You can wait to see if it gets worse first or check the pH of your medium, reduce the strength of your feeding mix by 25-50% and check room temps and heat produced by light.

Cheers mate, good luck!

In the time it took to simply walk to the kitchen and get a drink I got an answer. You know what I officially love the people on this board and I can see i'm going to like dwelling here :eyesmoke:.

Thanks for the imput, so I shouldnt be worried that the leaves are a bit curled near the start of the leaf?(Near stem rather then tips)

Well as long as they are doing fine I musn't worry then I guess. I'll reduce the nutes a bit just to see if I can get rid of the little burns. Thanks guys. The air is at 70 and the humidity is 65-75 varying.. I'm going to see if I can somehow reduce the humidity level a bit but i'm sure when I put proper ventilation on friday it'll reduce it significantly. Cheers GreenPheonix.

Don't worry about rH (relative humidity) when unless you're flowering. When flowering it should be around 40-60% rH but during veg it can be anywhere from 20-80% rH (or higher) and it won't really matter, in fact, when the plant is young and/or in veg a rH of 60-80% is generally helpful because it reduces transpiration so the plant doesn't dry out too quickly or anything.

Just so you know, any burn tips or markings from from nutrient deficiencies, such as yellow leaves from a Nitrogen deficiency, won't go away once the problem is solved, once like that, they'll always be like that, but the new growth won't be like that, unless the problem returns or something. Nothing to worry about of course, but don't go looking for your leaves to magically turn back to the way they once were mate. It's the new growth you want to keep an eye on, and watch the problem isn't spreading over more of the plant.

Cheers mate.
