Well they have all cracked apart from 2 out of the 6 which look like they are going to.I,am going to transfer then to rock wool soon with good quality water..

So jus a few question please.

How long can i leave them between the wet cloths?(one of them has a tail of about a inch but others has a couple of mill,s)

When i do transfer them into my rockwool how long before can put them under my floro's? If they dont go straight under the floro's how do i keep them safe till they are ready also how big do they after be before they can go under my veg lights.I,am going to be using a hps for veg but i have some floro's for the seedlings.

many thanks crag.

You put them in the rwool cubes with root facing down, right after it comes out of the shell, make sure the rockwool has been soaked briefly in 5.5ph water (for grodan rockwool) others soaked overnight.

depends on the floro

if you using CFL's. keep it about 5 inches until it sprouts up, then get it about 2 inches and slowly to 1 inch afterwords, be very careful not to burn the seedling with these.

if your using t5's, higher, but i don't know much about t5's.

if your using t12 tubes, do the same as cfl, except they can almost touch without burning, so you can get them even closer and youll need to.

if you are using 30+ watt cfls per plant, you can do the entire veg process with them. just make sure to keep it close (1"-2") and make a reflector from something like carboard white spray paint to get the most out of your cfls. if your deadset on using an HID for veg, id let them establish under the fluoros for at least 2 weeks

IN the future, you can start your seeds directly in rockwool cubes and have CFLs or flourescent lights over them the entire TIME..

I'm not going to give you a for sure answer on that, i used a very diluted nutrient solution to soak my rwool cubes. i don't have a PPM meter so i couldnt tell you what ppm i used. so far so good still.
