my babies are in pain,please help!!!!

kinda overwatered so the stem got long,I’ll probably NOT WATER it for the next days since it’s rain season by my place anyway and I’m cultivating inside,i think my LED’s pretty strong for my seedy baby ‘cause at first they were turning away form the Red&Blue 1000w, so I put them under my literal lampshade 9w with reasonable distance although I don’t know how much I’m doing & NOT doing.

ALSO POKED SOME LITTLE HOLES IN THE SOIL since my medium don’t filter as much,hopefully it’ll help dry a little more better for oxygen

Ok, your holes need to be in the bottom of those cups. If you over watered and have no drainage, your girls are drowning. What brand and model is your light?

man,it’s literally my lampshade but it’s a CFL with 9w, i’ve put the plants 5 inches away from it AND I JUST OPERATES THE BLACK DOMINA because it wouldn’t open up.. searched on some other forums and they said it was some kind of sticky membrane to be “lubed” with water but taking the risk of waiting is far too great,it went good tho’

yeah you’re probably right since the soil got stable now and they have good ventilation with the cieling fan but at first they were turning away from the light like doing an “L”,i have these RED and BLUE 1000w LEDs, i also don’t know much about lighting but they say warm white is better? for now I’ve got these and have to figure out the distance i should impose between the light & seedlings.. could y’all help me out? :( THANK YOU SO MUCH

I’ve got another batch of 5 White Thunder’s otw,should be germinated by tomorrow
