My babies are dying need help!

Hi everyone I have some sick plants it looks like there's a lot of things going wrong. One is completely falling over! A lot of them have yellowing of the leaves and curling downward. I also noticed the nats in the soil. Some have clear round spots. Like if water drops dried on the leaves. That's not the case. My husband wants to get rid of all the sick ones. I don't. I want to save them. Thanks for your help in advance

Lower Leaves / Older Growth Affected

Old Leaves Dropping Off
