My autoflower is so small.

I have a autoflower going right now. She is 8 days old but she looks so small for 8 days old. She just over 1 inch tall. She is nice and green with alot of leaves but small. Is this normal for a autoflower?

So let me know what you all think. Is she small for 8 days or not? How is she looking?

She's fine ... Looks a bit INDY so it will bush out ...just let her do her thing .
Keep light at least 22" for young baby girls ... Nodes are tight

Or stick a CFL over her to kick start her ...

Thank you for the reply. I had a 90w ufo light over her. Now I have 2 6500k cfl lights over her. Should I go back to the ufo light? How high should the light be above her if I use the led?

I think those ufos are high in uv and i dont think thats good for baby's

Yup, Budzbuddha is right on IMHO. I've grown quite a few auto's and I always get to wondering too. LOL.

Relax and grow that thing! Not too much nutes though. Once you hit about 30 days or so your growth will really pick up.

1 of my 4 autos started flowering (actually developing balls) when it was about 8" tall. caught it and tossed it in time.

that's why i'm going back to fem photoperiods. i like to control when they start flowering. just my preference
