well first off make sure the ph of your water is right before you water your plant. I like to keep the ph between 6.5-6.9 in soil. Now that it has a few leaves starting you dont have to keep the soil moist all the time. You don't have to use a spray bottle, in fact I never spray my plants down with water...ever. Once every 3 days I do take them out of their area into a dimmer area and mist the crap out them with carbonated water(poor mans method of cO2 enrichment). Let the soil dry out until it is "air" light. The roots will be searching for water, causing them to grow..causing the plant to grow. Water until you get runoff coming out of the bottom. This washes exess salts out of your soil. If you water "just" enough with no runoff it will cause toxic salt buildups and unstable ph. Once you get it on a good cycle you will know just when to water. For lighting I would go to your local hardware store, menards, walmart etc and get yourself a few light kits(they are cheap) buy a couple multi socket adapters(this allows you to put more than one cfl on a socket and a few 55W 2700K cfl bulbs. I dont know how many you want to use, it is up to you but as it gets bigger you will want more. Also get a few 6500K cfls. Im not sure of what wattage they are available in but get the big ones if you can afford it. Hang them all around the plant and make sure they are 1-3 inches away, move them as the plant grows. You can keep it vegging 24 hours a day no problem but I do believe auto's grow better under a 20 on and 4 off cycle. They don't need a night cycle but it helps to cool things down a bit and give them a rest.
