I know! finally a week or two without any rain or thunder storms!!! beginning of june was just crap. definitely wasn't the power month I was looking for so hopefully that changes in July. I have a feeling July's sun is really gonna get them goin. stoked :bigjoint:
I know bro, I didnt expect that much of june to be like that, but like you said man, now we'll just look forward to july! anyways the weather has been great huh? My plants are loving it, where im at, somedays have had all sun, and some are nice and gloomy and moist, my plants love the balance lol

yea dude it's been so nice lately  the sun's been out but it's hardly broke 80 degrees so they're still truckin along but not drinkin so much that I have to water more.
it was sick though, yesterday I got to see Lance Armstrong ride in my home town! he fuckin killed it and held the lead after two or three laps!
almost july tho! then august then buds!! :weed: hope august comes soon

notoriosb i think you should still scrog 1 or two, see how it goes! then you can give us an exact comparison between the scrog'd one(s) and regular ones. i wouldnt mind giving it a shot, you can be the guinee pig ;)

haha yea well I normally think that all the purple strains are highly overrated in the smoking community but this gdp was true, dank gdp.
I probably wouldn't even be growing gdp myself if I knew I wasn't get the highly priced sacks of purps so whateva. I just thought it was a smart investment to grow 3 :eyesmoke:
i know about wut you mean about purps bein over rated but yes when you get those beautiful lookin nugs like that GDP or this Purple Hash plant... purple is your best friend for that moment! LOL!!

i wish i could get my hands on grand daddy Purp clones but i havent been successful with that... i did get the grapefruit diesel clones which turn a light purple! and the lavender and purple kush lol

haha I totally want to scrog a couple but it would truely be a bitch to water them in the space they have. once I have an area where I can space them out, I want to do individual scrog's like fdd has done. but also from the looks of his scrog attempts, the finished results didn't differ much from his unscrogged plants so maybe the classic outdoor techniques like fimming and supercropping will fair just fine. but as you said, I would like to guinea pig a couple plants to try it out :bigjoint:

haha yea dude I got that 8th of gdp for free so I definitely wasn't preachin about purps being overrated then hahaha. I mean I'm not totally against purple strains, but it's just mainly rappers who blew the whole purple thing out of proportion & then that's all everyone wanted to get their hands on. there's just so many different strains out there to try, it blows me away when people say they only grow and smoke purple strains.
definitely pleasant on the eyes though when you get some nice frosty, not toooooo purple nugs that aren't even from purple strains. love that  PK is just so classic though and hard to come by for me that it'll always be a fav of mine. hella want to see how that lavender turns out too since I'm pretty sure you got the last clones from ATA!!

can't believe how big they've gotten and it's been less than a month since I transplanted into bags. they're absolutely loving their new homes. still another month and a bit for them to blow up. can't imagine what they'll look like by this time next month! :weed:

Looking real good bro.. nice and bushy, once those branches start stretching out you might have to move those bags away from each other to keep them from blocking light to each other. If your plants can veg long enough to fill those bags with roots, should gonna provide you with some big tasty buds. Keep up the good work. Live free!

well theyre almost a month old now, and my birds are looking good :bigjoint: stoked to see them by this time next month!
I have some compost I've been working on for a couple months though, and I'm wondering when I should add it as a mulch for more microbeasties in my soil. would it be better to add it before they start flowering?

here's the pics though. enjoy :bigjoint:
