my 4 weeks old plants + questions

so this is how they look at the age of 4 weeks, what do you think?
I recently moved them to the back yard where I think they are getting less direct sunshine, can it stop growing in this situation?
and if I get a light does it have to be in a growing closet? I was thinking just puting the light above the plants but outdoor ( back yard)

these pics were taked today and with them I have some questions..
pic1 : I think it is a pre- flowering it looks like a male clusters, can you tell at this stage if its a male or a female? anyway I moved him far from the other 4 plants

leaves pics: it looks like a job of some insect or something can you define what it is and what should I buy and spray against it?
right now I'm using an organic drops that I add to a spray bottle full of water, those it matter it is being sprayed or it is in the watering ?

you can use lady bugs and mantis to take care of your bug problem

oh that's cool but how can i make sure he stayes near my plant? do I need to put a net around them or something? that's kinda sad to hear i saw one near my plants today and I thought he can harm them so I turned him off he was a baby mantis
and there aint no way they can harm my plant?
