My 1st indoor grow 2x30 gal

This is my 1st grow ever. Witnessed my friends 1st grow as a success. Thought id give a whirl. I'm using 2 18" fluorescent, Plant and aquarium bulbs rich in reds and blues. Along with 1, 15 watt led grow light, aka the grow spot. The plants are housed in 2 x 30 gal Sterilite storage containers inverted on each other. I poked 3 holes along the edge of these containers and ran zip ties to hold them together which allows me to open the top one like a lid for easy watering and inspection. I mounted the 2 18" lights on the inside of the top container with screws. As the plants get taller I simply unscrew them and reset at a higher level. I have lost one plant due to me not paying attention and one of the lights fell snaping the plant in half. So now along with the screws I also use duct tape to hold the lights in place, they are now solid and dont move an inch. I have one damn pest a fruit fly that has set up base in my grow tubs, I can not catch it, too damn fast for me. Plants are thriving, all plants are 10" plus at the moment. Going to start flowering soon running out of room. Gonna start some clones. Next grow im only gonna raise 5 plants. 9 is too crammed in there. Any comments would be appreciated. thank you
