Mutation?

Look on the fan leaf that's on the left..what's up with that little leaf ? It's looked like that since it came in ..

Unless it's a consistent thing throughout the plant, then I wouldn't necessarily call it a mutation. That leaf also seems to have one less finger than the rest, also no big deal unless that branch consistently spits out -1 fingered leaves with a wonky bottom one.

My opinion, that leaf was just impinged on itself somehow when it first developed

Maybe these are anomalies rather than mutations....

These are rare for me at any rate.
Maybe 3 or 4 outta years of growing. All quite recently.
I think it's coming from the Malawi male I used for crosses. 2 different crosses had the flowers in leaves and this latest leaf growing out of the leaf.
Anyone else get oddities like this? Just curious.
