Mutation or something to worry about?

Hello everyone, I noticed on my mephisto sour stomper autoflower plant that the two bottom nodes have 4 arms coming from each node instead of the standard 2 arms per node. Is this a good thing or will the two arms create larfy nugs? Should I cut both or one of them off to give the other more energy or keep it?

Easy to do when transplanting. A baby node makes an easy place to hold on to.
Could be some sort of polyploidism, either way she looks good, I Wouldn't sweat it.

Now that you mention that I wonder if I did possibly top when I placed the garden wire against it for support. That would’ve been the only way considering I didn’t transplant. Thank you for the info! I’m leaning towards polyploidism after reading into it
