Mutated Leaves

I have a couple seeds coming up and so far every one of them has had a messed up set of leaves. Cotyledons look ok but the first true leaves look very strange. Kind of twisted and very very round looking??? So much so that if it weren't for the second set of leaves I wouldn't even think it was herb.
Is there anything I should be looking out for that could be causing this? I'm new to growing inside, and I'm also very new to hydro. I started them all in rockwool. Right now their all under about 15,000 lumens of cfls. I'm using a six chamber DWC unit (bubbleponics) and I started one before the other two, now I'm worried that the bigger one is short on nutes and the other two are to early. Tell me what ya think :?

whats the water level like in that DWC ? the rockwool should be hand watered with just enough water to keep it moist but not saturated until you have roots coming out the bottom of the rockwool. (probably only needs water 1 time daily or maybe 1 time every 2 days)
then after you have rootsout the bottom of the rockwool you can run the DWC with the water level 1/2 an inch below the rockwool.
if the rockwool actually sits in the water at all it will wick up water like a sponge and drown your poor seedlings.
as for nutrients i would be using something in the 200 - 400 ppm .
something like 1/8 to 1/4 strength nothing more until they are 4 or 5 nodes tall then 1/2 and work your way up until they look like they are on the edge of burning then back off.
they currently look over watered

Yeah, well i thought the same thing. Its a bubbleponic system, so its actually running water to the area under the root zone all the time. I went to the SH bubbleponic forum and Roseman said you should run it 24/7. He works with the people who made the system. Anyways nutrient wise, I haven't been using any nutrients whatsoever but my one larger plant seemed as though it was showing some early signs of nute def. so I added about 1/8 strength solution to the res.
