Please all read this link.

Very Important for anyone living in the EU and for others around the world for a look at things to come.

"A new law proposed by the European Commission would make it illegal to "grow, reproduce or trade" any vegetable seeds that have not been "tested, approved and accepted" by a new EU bureaucracy named the "EU Plant Variety Agency."

"It's called the Plant Reproductive Material Law, and it attempts to put the government in charge of virtually all plants and seeds. Home gardeners who grow their own plants from non-regulated seeds would be considered criminals under this law."

Well, in US its becoming decriminalized and legalized on state levels to possess personal amounts, I wouldn't be surprised to see some US seedbanks fill some void those EU laws cause perhaps in the future, not that I'm sure it will directly affect cannabis seeds being sold as a souvenir not intended for germination.

That is ridiculous. Are these people elected or are they just dictators?? anyway, don't worry, even if the seedbanks need to close, they will give everyone plenty of time to buy all the seeds they need... get reg packs and you will have a lifetime of seeds.

notice the word 'trade' lol

Ive noticed how the US have become much more relaxed, and that's commendable.

States that have legalized it aren't enforcing federal marijuana laws when the public passes public referendums, but most are just decriminalizing at the moment, not legalizing. Thankfully I live in state where it will be voted on by the public next year :).

I dont think you understand Devil King, they want all seeds registered and approved with the government first before trading them is legal, I really cant see them registering and approving all the various strains for sale can you :P

Fortunately I buy my seeds as souvenirs, so I shall remain unaffected.

Still a f'd up law, I wouldn’t be surprised if Monsanto are behind this caper.

The MEP's have long been in the pocket of the big chem/seed/agri companies, like monsanto, and this is just another example of them cosyin up to each other. Hopefully enough people buy seeds so the seed banks can jump through the hoops....
