Must do for outdoor organic soil grow in the NE

Hey all, I'm just wondering once my plants reach a certain age what I should be doing for pest and fungi control. I'm growing autos in smartpots in a backyard, all organic soil and amends, FFOF, EWC, etc. So I guess it's important whatever I use doesn't affect the natural living soil. I had caterpillars eat a whole broccoli plant, so I'm paranoid about pests. Also there is a bit of mildew in some parts of the house. I currently have neem oil and Anderson BT. Or should I be using something like Dr Zymes? What do you guys recommend as a preventative measure.

Thanks in advance.

Longer term you should dehumidofy the spaces that get too wet and have mildew.

Short term, I reco an air purifier if u have concerns about the mold spores.
