Music has always touched the deepest part of me. When I hear good music all the hair on my arms stands up and I get the most awesome tingly feeling ever. Been that way as long as I can remember...listening to Johnny Cash and Roy Orbison on my parents hi-fi when I was like 4.

A lot of Joe Strummer's music makes me feel that way.

I'm right there with ya..

I'm old school though.. born in 1982 - I grew up listening to 'Poison'; 'Boston'; Rolling Stones; .38 Special; Bad English; Bon Jovi (the fucking man!); Bruce Springsteen; Bryan Adams; Chicago; The Cars (some of my favorite songs come from that band); Elton John; Foreigner; 'Guns 'N' Roses'; Journey; etc... those are just to name a few that I have.

What is listed.. is honestly good music. It's not annoying ass rap/hip-hop crap. grrrrr.. I hate hip-hop, especially rap. They're always singing about dealing drugs, treating women like shit, killing each other, yadda yadda yadda... you get the idea. I don't care for that crap.. which is exactly what it is.. crap.

Just my opinion though..

peace.

I grew up in the 60's/70's and still keep up on new music, so I have a wide palette of styles to choose from. When I first started toking, I'd lay my head between my stereo speakers on a pillow and trip out listening to Jimi Hendrix's guitar go from speaker to speaker. These days it's Radiohead, any good blues music, alternative, some metal
