Ok. So for the past like 7 months I've grown my own mushies. One thing i just recently realized is that whenever I buy mushies they tend to have stems that are at least a cm thick or more. Whenever I grow them, I usually have 1 stem that is that thick the rest tend to be like 1 mm thick. Is it a strain thing or am I just doing it wrong. I do the pf tek exactly how Roger Rabit *RR says to in his videos and I get a lot of mushies but they seem to get tooooo small after drying. Am I drying too much or am i just growing small mushies.

P.S. I've had mushies that have 1.2-1.8 thick stems and dry to under .3 cm.

Is it normal or am I drying too much. I use dessicants (damp rid)

Also, I tend to have cakes produce 2-6 grams. That seems normal to me but can I get more if I don't dry as long. Do they shrink a lot after they're cracker dry????

I know this. I'm just curious as to the fact that every time a FOAF......... BUYs mushies they tend to all have around 1 cm thick stems. the FOAF usually has 1 that ends that thick the rest are all around like .1-.4 cm thick mushies after drying.

Just curious. New grower. I'll Keep FOAF going more. Sorry
