Identify them before you consider munching them, I wouldn't recommend smoking a death-cap tinged joint unless you are planning on it :D
Otherwise just pull them? They are eating up material that useful microbial saprotrophes/detrivores could be using, no?
Lower soil humidity/wetness especially on the surface to reduce chances of re-occurrence.

It's a good thing, got a healthy micro herd working there.

It also means you're keeping your soil too wet. Get more in touch with the dry part of the wet/dry cycle.

Do not eat or smoke those shrooms, unless you belong to one of those churches that handle snakes and drink poison and stuff.

Did you buy the clone from a friend? If so, they probably added mycohorrizol as a soil amendment, it's a very good thing. It means your roots are completely colonized by the mycellium, which in turn means that the soil is so healthy, the mushrooms are fruiting. Those types don't typically fruit UNLESS conditions are perfect. A blessing indeed.
