First of all, Thanks and + rep to anyone with knowledgeable advice.

Is it possible for me to move into my apartment in august, and have a medical card by october or even earlier? Or do i have to live in Cali for one full year before i can apply? I have medical reasoning and doctoral proof (ADD, anxiety, and depression) so I know that i will be okayed for the card as long as I meet the other requirements. I am just wondering if I have no choice but to wait a full YEAR before i can get my card. Also, I have been looking at apartments on craigslist. Am i safe if i live around the CSULB campus? Will i get murked by a crip from the LBC? Are the women good looking? Thank you RIU! I don't know where I would be without you.

Also- anyone know anything about CSU Long Beach. I am going to be taking Biochemistry classes. Word. :leaf:

You don't have to wait any amount of time. I know some caregivers out in long beach and they got their card as soon as they got their CA drivers license which only took about 2 weeks after passing the test. Good luck out there buddy! It's a great place to reside.

just talked to my landlord for next year. she owns and lives in a room on the first floor of the house. she rents out the other 3 rooms in the house and is "420 legal and friendly" so i am thrilled. I am doing a lot of research about getting a "Birth Date/Legal Presence Document" from either homeland security or UCSIS (whatever the hell that department really is). I need this document or i need a receipt from a monthly bill (rent bill), but it has to be delivered to my address (which is gonna be weird considering i live with her). The reason i need this is so that i can obtain an ID card from the California DMV. Without an ID card i will not be able to fulfill certain requirements for a Medical Cannabis card. I think once i get the ID card, along with bringing my prescriptions in on the day of the appointment, I should have all the legal documentation to proceed. I am considering visit Dr. Sean Green at his Long Beach location. Has anyone ever visited Dr. Green, or does anyone know any information about him (i.e. he is very reputable, or very polite etc.)?
