Moving to Cali

Hey guys just thought i could get some advice. I am currently a junior at an University on the East Coast... I know it is a long way out but I am looking for a few helpful tips on moving out to the grand state about a year or so from now... I would love to be able to rent/buy a house and have a decent sized grow inside and outside(tougher in socal i assume.) I am looking to hold a job for a few years but i would like some of my income to come from this. I would love some advice on socal vs. nocal and areas that are more accepting. Thanks for the help.

I'm sure any part of Cali is more accepting than the east coast, lol.

i was reading somewhere that someone was hinting that there are more helicopters with infared cameras looking for the indoor grows in norcal which means you have to unsulate your grow rooms? is this true?

i've thought about that... i want to be able to not fear a too high of an electricity bill and i would have to be some place with a job at first(hospitality and tourism major)... i kind of want norcal so i can get some outdoor giants
